The Muskeg Lake Christmas Care Fund is ready to go! This year we have a form for all members to complete. If you are the head of the household you must complete the form and send it in to the MLCN Finance Department. The contact information is at the bottom of the form. Due to the pandemic and not being able to gather and visit like we normally do with our Christmas meals, we will be doing things a bit different. This year we will be providing a $50 payment to everyone under the age of 60. We will require the information on the form so that we know the amount of children in your care. For the members over the age of 60, you will each receive $150. If you are over the age of 60 and have children in your care you will need to fill out the form with the children’s information. 

You will have the option to either receive a cheque or an electronic funds transfer (direct deposit).

The deadline to submit your form for the payment will be January 31, 2021.
