Notice of Second Ratification Vote – Muskeg Lake Band (TLE) Trust Agreement

Muskeg Lake Cree Nation members are advised that a second Ratification Vote will take place on October 27, 2025, regarding the amended and restated Muskeg Lake Band (TLE) Trust Agreement.

This vote will determine whether members approve the proposed amendments. All eligible voters are encouraged to participate.

Information Meeting

  • Date: October 15, 2025

  • Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST

  • Location: Kihiw Waciston School Gym, Muskeg Lake Cree Nation 102, SK

Voting Details

  • Electronic Voting: October 15, 2025, at 6:00 PM CST through October 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM CST.

  • Voting Platform: OneFeather – Muskeg Lake Cree Nation

    • Note: There will be no mail-in voting, advance polls, or in-person polling stations. Each voter may only cast one ballot.

    Voters List & Eligibility

    Members may request revisions to the Voters List at least 10 days before Voting Day if:

    • – Their name has been omitted or incorrectly listed, or

    • – They wish to add their name by providing proof of eligibility (Band List confirmation, age 18+ on Voting Day, and not disqualified from voting).
